We provide an atmosphere that fosters ahealthy work life balance, and our comprehensivebenefits packageprovides health care, retirement planning, education assistance, and much more.<BR><BR><BR>* Develops and executese-marketing campaigns at the branch level to support district sales goals.<BR>* Works alongside the sales agent on-site gathering information during the sales process to assist the sales agent.<BR>* Performs Web Portal software demonstrations at client locations to aide in the sales process.<BR>* Presents sales quotes to prospective clients when applicable to obtain commitment on plan selections.<BR>* Joins the territory agent on 51 closing sales presentations per year to support the revenue plans.<BR>* Engages in the client facing closings of new business or maintenance of existing accounts.<BR>* Assists the territory sales agent and the branch in attainment of the insurance sales revenue goals.<BR>* A portion of the total compensation is based on these revenue generating activities; direct prospecting for penetration of prospect group, conducting closing meetings and attainment of district quota.<BR>* Aids the territory agent by conducting client enrollment meetings.<BR>* Facilitates Educational CPE and Sales Seminars for prospective clients and CPAs.<BR>* Aids territory agents by answering client inquiries and questions associated with the sale.<BR>* Conducts calls to prospective clients to gather information utilized by sales agents during the sales process.<BR>* Assembles pre appointment workup and gathers data to aid territory agents.<BR>* Completes client profile, which includes pulling census, payroll journals, coverage, and additional products.<BR>* Assembles sales literature and proposals for distribution to prospective clients.<BR>* Assembles enrollment kits for the conduct of client enrollment meetings.<BR>* Aids territory agents by facilitating, overseeing, and preparing quotes to prospective clients.<BR>* Follows-up on missing information/items such as: missing paperwork, missing employee information, assisting </font></td>
