To be considered all candidates must have their own general tools and be willing to be on-call for maintenance emergencies. <BR><BR>Day to day duties of this position include "turning" units to rent ready condition within 3-5 days, groundskeeping, interior painting, pool maintenance, general maintenance troubleshooting/problem solving, receiving and completing resident work orders, and general repair work (drywall, painting, appliances, sinks/garbage disposals, toilets, doors, heating controls/water heaters, light plumbing, or any other item as needed).
