               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.<BR><BR>Process major contract billings as directed by project management and the Controller.<BR>Process service billings.<BR>Record all billings and receipts in the Company accounting software.<BR>Maintain up to date and accurate accounting job files.<BR>Set up jobs, job budget entry and maintenance, including pending change orders and fully executed change orders.<BR>Close jobs.<BR>Prepare and process all market recovery project billings.<BR>Follow up on collections of A/R at the direction of management.<BR>Reconcile billings to General Ledger (GL).<BR>Enter GL entries as directed by management.<BR>Account for and deposit timely B&O tax, Sales and Use tax.<BR>Coordinate payment to subcontractors with A/P when receiving payments on projects.<BR>Assist with monthly cash projection as assigned by management.<BR>Assist with preparation of the Old Receivables Report.<BR>Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs<BR>There are no supervisory requirements<BR>Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed are reqresentative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. <BR><BR>Preferred Education and/or Experience: <BR><BR>High School Diploma or its equivalent with two to three years related experience and/or training in the field; or an equivalent combination of education and account receivable/collections experience.  AA desirable.<BR>Working knowledge of multiple state sales tax requirements required.<BR>Working knowledge of PC based job cost, general ledger and fixed asset systems highly desirable.<BR>A/R collections experience with increasing level of responsibility within the construction or manufacturing industries highly desirable.<BR>Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.</font></td>
