               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Maintenance Mechanic<BR><BR><BR>Job ID #:4981 <BR>Location(s): Kent, WA<BR>Job Function:Manufacturing Department:Manufacturing - Maintenance<BR>Position Type:Full-Time Regular Education Required:High School Diploma/GED<BR>Experience Required:3 - 5 Years Shift:Open<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Position Description<BR><BR>Maintenance Mechanic - Kent Bakery Plant<BR><BR>* Responsible for ensuring equipment integrity and timely repair.<BR><BR>* Effectively support the PM program with a minimum of unscheduled downtime.<BR><BR>* Analyze problems and interpret technical information necessary to make required repairs.<BR>* Complete all assigned work orders in the time allotted.<BR><BR>* Keep good records of all work assignment and communicate across groups.<BR><BR>* Be able to identify required parts, current inventory, and list parts required for reorder.<BR><BR>* Must abide by all company policies including GMP''s and safety standards.<BR>Position Requirements<BR><BR><BR>* Minimum of 3 years experience maintaining manufacturing systems and equipment in an automated plant. Food plant experience preferred. <BR>* Must have strong mechanical background in a production setting troubleshooting and repairing gearboxes, conveyors, sprocket/chains, belts, clutches, and brakes. <BR><BR>* Must be able to troubleshoot and repair electical systems up to 480v, 3 phase, read and interpret electircal drawings.<BR><BR>* Must have HS diploma or GED. <BR><BR>* Stong plus if trained and experienced in use of ? A PLC or Electrical certification is highly desirable.<BR><BR>* Knowledgeable in use of all power tools, hand tools, welders, lathes, drill presses, etc.<BR><BR>* Strong plus if trained and experienced in compressed air systems, Boilers and Hydraulics. <BR>* Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays. <BR><BR>* Must be able to work in a Team environment with limited supervision.<BR><BR>* May be required to work off ladders or other similar devices in high places with proper safety equipment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
