               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">South Seattle bakery has an immediate need for 2 full-time Maintenance Mechanics.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and perform building maintenance.  Will prepare and maintain documentation on operational equipment efficiency.  Will perform daily preventive maintenance to include adhering to schedules and verification of completion of baker equipment and plant support equipment.  Will be responsible for repairing and reporting concerns as it relates to maintaining all plant processing equipment in proper running order, meeting all governmentally mandated criteria necessary and procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and Food Quality.  Will support and perform sanitation initiatives, redesign and upgrade production efficiency.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>~High School Diploma/GED required for basic reading, math, and comprehension skills.<BR>~3 years of maintenance mechanic.<BR>~1 year experience with electrical and mechanical systems.<BR>~Proven problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.<BR>~Basic computer skills.<BR>~Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.<BR>~Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.<BR>~Ability to climb onto overhead structures and on top of equipment.<BR>~Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>~Due to the diverse working environment, the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written highly preferred.<BR>~Experience maintaining food production or bakery equipment highly preferred.<BR><BR> <b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full-time Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.  Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.<BR><BR><b>WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>$17.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled or closed by the employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR><i><b>Contact your local WorkSource office for a referral to this position.  WorkSource will only refer qualified candidates.</i></b><BR></font></td>
