This role fosters fact-and financial-based decision making for the co-op. It supports divisional leadership through the annual budgeting and 5-year planning process, ongoing accurate financial forecasting and financial support for ongoing financial analysis of strategic business initiatives. This role also participates in the assessment and prioritization of divisional technology needs and non-technology investments. Responsibilities include reliable and meaningful monthly reporting and analysis of financial results and key performance metrics for divisional leadership serving as a critical finance business partner. This role also provides support of and participation with divisional leadership in REI strategic planning and long-term financial forecasts, financial analysis and decision support for divisional initiatives, support for corporate budgeting process, and supervision of financial analysis functions. It provides subject matter expertise for financial analysis and produces timely, relevant and technically proficient financial information and services for the company. Models and acts in accordance with REI?s guiding values and mission.<BR>Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or similar certification preferred.<BR>? 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in Accounting/Finance<BR>? Deep knowledge of eCommerce and Marketing<BR>? Proven success executing a corporate-wide budget cycle<BR>? Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and objectively solve problems using sound judgment.<BR>? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<BR>? Ability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.<BR>? Demonstrated effective leadership, supervising and interpersonal skills to instruct or assign work to others, motivate and coach, and evaluate work performance.<BR>? Advanced PC experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<BR>? Demonstrated project management skills<BR>?
