               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, manuals and manufacturer’s specifications, machinery and production equipment, conveyor systems, using hand tools, power tools, and measuring and testing instruments.  The systems being maintained include electrical, mechanical, HVAC, PLC, pneumatic, structural and refrigeration.<BR>Essential Functions:<BR>Maintains and repairs all aspects of production line equipment including cookers, wrappers, conveyors, etc.<BR>Must be able to work all craft specialties, including electrical, welding, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and structural.<BR>Repairs or replaces defective parts on equipment. Dismantles machinery in order to access part(s) needing repair replaces/repairs defective parts and reassembles machinery. Lubricates and cleans working mechanisms on production equipment.<BR>Responds to urgent needs in order to keep the production lines running continually.<BR>Performs plant inspections on fire systems, storage freezers, refrigeration system, etc., and records information into daily summaries.<BR>Performs preventative maintenance work on equipment and ensures timely completion of work orders.<BR>Must be flexible to work varying hours and shifts, including overtime and weekends, to accommodate the production deadlines.<BR></font></td>
