Additionally, s/he will be involved with "Big Picture" conceptual design and analysis, displaying a passion for creativity in producing top quality products with a small, tight-knit team.<BR>The Mechanical Design Engineer''s team communication and creativity skills are essential in this role. S/he must be able to comprehend complex problems and arrive at eloquent solutions to be presented in a team environment. You will directly participate in Engineering/Designing of high-force mechanical structures and mechanisms, including optimization of strength-to-weight rations.<BR>Working closely with Design, Drafting, Production and Installation teams, the Mechanical Design Engineer will produce high-quality crash simulation and lighting systems for customers worldwide.<BR>The position will not only utilize existing Engineering talents, but also Project Management and/or Coordination with respect to Engineering products, the existing Sales team, and customer communication and support.<BR>The Mechanical Design Engineer II should be open to the occasional overtime to support the needs of the team and customer.<BR>This is aDirect Hireposition in Kent, WA, throughVolt Engineering Services, headquartered in Seattle, WA.
