               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">QA Tech - Serious Applicants only please<BR><BR>JOB SUMMARY:    <BR>Partner with Sales, Production and Subcontractors to ensure the customer is provided a quality installation that meets the customer’s expectation.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<BR>• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and at a quality level acceptable to the customer<BR>• Assist in coordinating with the Superintendent, subcontractors and scheduling department to ensure builder schedule installation dates are met<BR>• Establish and manage production schedules and product deliveries<BR>• Inspect installation to verify the surface has been installed based on builder expectations and properly covered if required<BR>• Inspect for completion and quality based on builder expectations and repair needs are completed per builder requirements of all surfaces for all production and multi-family jobs. Sign off SUPER Report as complete<BR>• Inspect installations prior to covering if required by the builder<BR>• Verify all appropriate paperwork is complete and filled out accurately per builder requirements<BR>• Estimate change orders and secure proper approvals to perform work<BR>• Manage product inventories<BR>• Caulking, grout touch-ups, and repairs of wood dings with wax crayon are performed if there is a limited amount of time for closing and should not exceed 15 minutes<BR>• Other duties as assigned<BR>• Sitting, lifting, stooping, reaching, seeing, hearing, speaking, bending, kneeling<BR><BR>Other:<BR>• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment<BR>• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions<BR>• Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• Construction industry experience is preferred<BR>• Floor covering knowledge and/or installation experience is a plus<BR>• Must be organized and able to multi-task<BR>• Excellent communication and customer service skills<BR>• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.<BR>• Must be able to drive to worksites, and must be provide proof of valid Driver’s License and good driving record<BR><BR>Physical Demands:<BR>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
