               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">SUMMARY<BR>This position is responsible for performing various tasks required to ensure quality of finished product and adherence to product specifications.<BR><BR>REPORTING – Reports to the QA Supervisor<BR><BR>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>• Work with Engineering and Operations personnel to execute and maintain effective inspection and testing processes<BR>• Performs inspection of incoming materials to ensure compliance with company standards.  Organizes and maintains inspection records. <BR>• Performs regular quality-control audits of processes and finished product.  Recommends corrective action where appropriate.<BR>• Analyzes and catalogs returned products.  Recommends corrective action where appropriate.  <BR>• Monitors corrective actions for material or process deficiencies. <BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS<BR>• High school education, some college or formal technical training preferred<BR>• 2+ years Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience<BR>• Knowledge of material inspection methodology and equipment<BR>• Experience with quality-control audit processes<BR>• Basic Microsoft Office applications</font></td>
