<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Title:VTFCSFA06052012WAVA Corporate Senior Financial Analyst<BR>VLINKCO LLCin Kent, WA is looking for a fulltime Senior Financial Analyst<BR><BR>Target base is $125,000 + a chance to earn companies stock<BR><BR>You must be a US Citizen and Local in Washington State (NO Telecommute)<BR><BR>Position Description:<BR>As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the Financial Analyst supports senior management by analyzing the financial performance of the business, assisting the strategic planning process, analyzing acquisition candidates, developing operating plans and forecasts, creating reports and presentations for management, board and investors, and performing various financial analyses. This position reports to the Director-FP&A who reports to the Corporate Controller. The Financial Analyst will have frequent contact with senior management of the company.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Prepare management reports and commentary for presentation to board, investors, and management. These include a comparison of actual results and various performance metrics to annual budget, forecast and historical trends. Perform profitability analysis and develop cost allocation models and metrics.<BR>Develop Long Term integrated financial projections models using business drivers.<BR>Assist in analysis of acquisition candidates, including due diligence reviews.<BR>Create financial analysis and models related to acquisition and business development opportunities.<BR>Assist in strategic planning process/evaluation of business initiatives.<BR>Review division financial and operating performance with division managers.<BR>Assist in preparation of annual operating plan, rolling 12-month forecast, and capital expenditure plan.<BR>Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Bachelor''s degree in Finance or equivalent<BR>5-7 years of finance (financial analysis) or accounting experience.<BR>Experience working through analytical projects leading to solutions and end results.<BR><BR>Preferred Additional Skills:<BR>PeopleSoft, Hyperion and other accounting software experience is a plus<BR>MBA strongly preferred.<BR><BR>Must have:<BR>-? 5-7 years of finance (financial analysis) or accounting experience.<BR>-?
