<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Supply Technician<BR>Location: WA-Keyport<BR>PDS is seeking a Supply Technician for an open position in Keyport, WA.<BR><BR>This position is a member of the Integrated Supply Chain supporting NUWC Keyport Services Contracts. This position requires the management of medium and difficult complexity procurements in support of multiple programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for quotation activities, selecting qualified suppliers, seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable), negotiation of prices, schedules, terms and conditions, and post-award subcontract management in accordance with company directives and work instructions. This assignment involves significant supplier interaction in collaboration with the Full Service Partnering Center. This role is responsible for managing supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones. Candidates should possess capability to plan strategically while supporting daily tactical and detailed activities. Additionally, candidate may be required to participate in supplier development activity.<BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR>? Minimum of 4 years equivalent, relevant experience in a subcontract administration/procurement/buying role.<BR>? Lead formal negotiations<BR>? Place a PO of medium, to high complexity with multiple line items totaling over $250K<BR>? Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing<BR>? Ability to perform effectively in integrated product team environment as well as independently<BR>? Must be able to handle multiple decisions based on workload dispersion, program priorities, and IPT decisions<BR>? Subcontract management of low to medium complexity efforts, leveraging proven monitoring techniques to evaluate status and ability to perform<BR><BR>Desired Skills:<BR>? Ability to use standard computer systems focused on supplier management processes (DELTEK)<BR>? Proficiency to perform and comprehend price/cost analyses<BR>? Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS/TINA)<BR>? Knowledge of Government contracting process for services and support efforts<BR>? Use standard computer systems focused on subcontract management processes and documentation (SAMS)<BR>? Ability to filter information from multiple sources to drive innovative solutions<BR>? Effective at influencing others<BR>? Working level knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)<BR>? Proficient at vendor research, market surveys, and product investigation leveraging technology (such as the world wide web) and networking through other organizations.<BR>? Effective time management skills geared towards supporting multiple high priority projects simultaneously.<BR>? Have current secret security clearance or have ability to obtain secret security clearance<BR><BR>Required Education: Minimum Degree: BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, Finance, Operations, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
