Job Summary:<BR>Responsible for leading and managing operations for the successful clinical and financial performance of EvergreenHealth Primary Care (EHPC), that result in positive relationships with the community, patients, providers, administrators and staff. Assures the highest level of quality is delivered in terms of patients? care and satisfaction. ?<BR>Requirements ? REQUIRED for the position:<BR>Licensed as a physician in the State of Washington Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or other certifications  Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification Working understanding of financial management and a commitment to the provision of cost-effective Healthcare Ability to do complex financial analysis and write successful business proposals. Demonstrated project management experience Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Ability to use portable IT devices (smart phone, iPad, laptops, )  Ability to maintain compliance with all necessary standards, regulations, requirements on a timely basis to maintain the department?s licenses, certifications, and all operating activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to make independent decisions as required, excellent organizational and planning skills. Demonstrated operational success within a complex organization ? DESIRED for the position: ????????? Master?s degree in Healthcare Administration ????????? 5 years of executive experience in multi-physician practice administration ?????????
