               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">National Staffing Company has an immediate need for a permanent full-time Inside Sales/Customer Service for their Kirkland office.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Work with Field Sales people & and Inside Sales people at our distributors to increase sales opportunities. Answer questions of outside saleA?s people regarding distribution sales opportunities.  Coordinate and enter product price quotes and samples using CRM Data Base<BR>Promote product by sending new product release or end of life information, setup and prepare product trainings, and coordinate and conduct business reviews with our distribution branches in Washington and Oregon.  Prepare quarterly business review Power point presentations and monthly reports for our supplier lines. Making sure data is entered on monthly reports for our clients (manufacturers) on their external databases.   <BR><BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>~High School Diploma or GED. <BR>~Must have at least two years as an  inside sales/customer services.<BR>~Advanced Excel Skills (Excel ? Pivot Tables) and proficient in PowerPoint.<BR>~Dependable, show initiative and follow-through.<BR>~Quick Learner, self-starter and self-motivated. <BR>~Efficient, organized, detail-oriented.  <BR>~Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. <BR>~Ability to problem solve <BR>~Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting.<BR>~Take ownership of their role within our team.<BR>~Must pass background check spanning the last ten years relating to the job duties.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </b><BR>~ CRM experience and manufacturing background a plus.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full-time, Monday through Friday.
