               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Tasks will include special operations, monitoring boiler, freezers, pumps, and performing preventative maintenance on process equipment. <BR><BR>A good understanding of GMP practices as they apply to a manufacturing facility is also necessary.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years minimum experience in manufacturing facilities maintenance.<BR><BR>In addition to the above, other duties and/or requirements of this position will be:<BR><BR>* Responsible for the completion of general maintenance tasks, including – service requests, trouble-shooting and repair of mechanical systems.<BR>* Responsible for maintaining a Preventative Maintenance Program.<BR>* Must be proficient in most areas of maintenance including plumbing, electricity, HVAC, boilers, and carpentry.<BR>* Basic computer skills and strong written/oral communication are required.<BR>* Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, lifting up to 70 lbs.<BR>* Must be skilled in the safe use of extension ladders and comfortable with heights.<BR>* Available for emergency call duties and weekend work.<BR>* Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks to completion concurrently. <BR>* Must show a proven track record to work alone and as a team-player.<BR>* Use company vehicle to pick up/ drop off supplies.<BR>(Must have good driving record, valid & current WA State Driver’s license, and updated auto insurance).<BR>* Perform forklift duties as needed. <BR>* Adhere to safety policies, maintain safety records.<BR>* Familiarities with food safety practices are a plus.<BR><BR>Smart Talent offers full benefits from the day that you start working, if you feel that this could be a position for you please send your resume in.<BR><BR>Follow SmartTalent on Twitter and Facebook today!<BR>Be one of the first to receive new job openings that will interest you or someone you know, job hunting tips, announcements and news. http://twitter.com/SmartTalent Want more?
