Experience working with geriatric population and frail elderly with complex medical problems is required.<BR>Senior Health Specialists offer a rare opportunity to practice in a hospital-based clinic dedicated solely to geriatric care. The clinic utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach with RNs, Social Workers, on-staff Pharmacist, Psychiatry Consultant, Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioners.
