               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">We are looking for two part time people to assist our current maintenance team with turning vacant apartments.  Once we are caught up on vacant apartments we will be looking to hire someone full time as building upkeep.  We need someone who is willing to live onsite, and participate in holiday events and occasional after hours events.  We prefer someone who does not smoke.<BR><BR><b>Duties</b><BR>** Vacuum and basic upkeep of all buildings, hallways, stairwells, and vacant units.  <BR>** Shampoo carpet in vacant units<BR>** Re-screen doors and windows<BR>** Inspect property daily (for curb appeal, cleanliness and maintenance needs) record deficiencies and take appropriate action as directed by management. <BR>** Assist the maintenance supervisor in winterizing all outside water sources. <BR>** Perform all duties with the utmost concern for safety and security of yourself, residents, co-workers and others.<BR>** Follow the maintenance employee dress code.<BR>** Attend all required training classes and planning meetings.<BR>** Record work performed each day in the daily log.<BR>** Perform all other duties as requested.<BR><BR>Always practice and adhere to Fair Housing, Lacey Crime Reduction Program and Landlord Tenant laws. Any breaches of these guidelines are to be reported to the resident manager.<BR><BR>Participate in on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. Follow procedures as outlined in the procedure section of this manual.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>** 1 year janitorial, maintenance, or apartment maintenance experience<BR>** Ability to live on site<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE: </b><BR>2 Part time positions to start, company will retain one person on as full time <BR><BR><b>SALARY/ WAGE/ BENEFITS: </b>   <BR>$10.00 per hour to start for both positions. For full time employee: medical benefits (after 90 day probation),7 paid holidays-(New Years day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, Birthday, July 4th) one week vacation after one year employment, two weeks after 2nd twelve months. 7 paid sick days after 90 day probation. <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE: </b><BR>Candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
