               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">GENERAL SUMMARY<BR><BR>The Engineering Technician will work closely with the Process Engineering team to support new methods of workflow in the distribution warehouse and assist in identifying and implementing efficiencies. This person in this position will split their time between the warehouse floor (70%) and an office setting (30%). Tasks can vary from manually moving beams and reslotting inventory to assisting the documentation preparation for a new process. <BR>PRIMARY DUTIES<BR><BR>* Assist engineers in validation of process<BR>* Help implement new methods, procedures, and workflow that increase productivity, and decrease operating cost.<BR>* Assists Business Process Engineer regarding new warehouse/distribution methods and equipment in order to improve existing operations and to accommodate new business requirements.<BR>* Assist engineers with ongoing warehouse maintenance, including but not limited to reslotting of inventory, Dim/Weigh of all items, and creations of new forward picks.<BR>* Help in any racking changes that are required within the warehouse.<BR>* Supports distribution team in maintaining the safety and 5S physical properties of the warehouse. <BR>* Assists with other tasks as needed.<BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<BR>Education: <BR><BR>High School Diploma or equivalent is required and 1+ years of college-level coursework preferred.<BR><BR>Experience: <BR><BR>Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a professional environment; experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse or logistics sectors is desirable.<BR><BR>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES<BR>&middot;    Understands standard Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes related to inventory management.<BR>&middot;    Communication skills to large and small groups in different venues.<BR>&middot;    Skilled with computer software and Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and Access.. Familiarity with Tecsys would be a plus.<BR>&middot;    Ability to operate general warehouse equipment such as an Order Picker and Scissor Lift, and pallet jack.<BR>&middot;    Strong analytical skills.<BR>&middot;    Ability to be a productive team member in both formal and informal settings.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
