               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) is recruiting for an Information Technology Specialist 5 (ITS5). This position directly supports the agency’s overall mission of helping Washington workers and employers succeed in the global economy by delivering superior employment services. This position contributes to the mission by supporting the website that provides self service labor exchange capability to the job seeker and employer community. In addition this position supports a tool called the OccuCoder which is used to assign codes to job seekers and job orders in order to conduct job matches and serve the unemployed. This product is for use throughout the agency and in multiple systems in multiple divisions.<BR><BR>This expert level position provides technical support to the Reporting website and the Service, Knowledge & Information Exchange System (SKIES) Technology Upgrade project. This entails independently developing new system enhancements, upgrades, assuring system availability and repairing incidents. Utilizing extensive technical knowledge, could serve as the technical team lead for application development and maintenance, providing project management and technical leadership. This position will also serve in a developer capacity on the Service, Knowledge & Information Exchange System (SKIES) Technology Upgrade project performance test and tune the application.</font></td>
