               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">CONTROL SYSTEMS ENG<BR>The Lake Oswego office handles small to midsize projects, therefore, the candidate must be able to perform the discipline lead role on most projects, in some cases the candidate would operate in a support role. It includes the responsibility for the hardware from the field instrumentation up to and including the control system in a panel. The Instrument Engineer position in this office shall be responsible for the following types of activities.Discipline support role on project teams. Provide P&ID input on instrumentation including correct symbology and representation. Generate design basis documents based on instrumentation and control system scope of work (i.e. Instrument Lists, I/O Lists, Basis of Design Narrative) Provide material take-off and costs to project estimators. Perform field verification activities since many projects are a retrofit nature. Perform/document sizing calculations on instruments (i.e. control valves, flowmeters, pressure regulators, pressure relief valves, etc). Generate/review instrument specifications and obtain vendor quotations. Develop control panel layouts. Create wiring schematics or loop diagrams. Develop plan drawings for conduit routing. Generate instrument installation details. Coordinate engineering and design activities with other project disciplines. Develop construction specifications. Provide vendor equipment coordination for instrumentation. Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.Experience in oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper, or semiconductor industries prefered. DCS and PLC programming skills preferred.
