               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">COST ENGINEERING<BR>Duties include: Develop, update, monitor, track, analyze, forecast, and report on multiple project budgets, commitments and expenditures, project progress and productivity, manpower, work plans, subcontracts, and multiple invoices. Develop estimates to complete (ETC), estimate costs at completion (EAC), WBS cost coding and special cost analysis as required. Perform earned value performance measurement and change management processes using input from project leads. This includes the set up and monthly updating of multiple project controls systems, developing and loading Excel spreadsheets, Prolog and project specific reports, as required. . Work closely with field team, program and project managers, operations managers and accountants weekly and participate in monthly project reviews. Load, status, and maintain project controls systems with budgets, contract commitments, change orders, pending change orders, actual costs from invoices and forecasts into the cost control system database for entire program and/or project. Monitor and forecast engineering, project mangement, construction management, temporary facilities, indirects costs and other site general conditions items as required. Perform weekly and monthly project cost reporting and trend analysis. Review progress updates with other field team members to get buy-in on reporting progress. BS in a technical field (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management) preferred or equivalent comparable background. Must have a minimum 10 years position related experience with computer skills using MS Office tools and the most current project management software programs. Must be proactive, self-starting and require minimal supervision. Must also have good verbal and written communications skills and a desire to work with details. Must be willing to travel during the regular business week.
