               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Lake Oswego Family seeks part-time nanny/ house hold helper. ** Tuesday/Wednesdays<BR><BR>Position Type:Nanny<BR>Office:College Nannies + Tutors | Lake Oswego<BR>Location of Position:Lake Oswego<BR><BR>About the Position<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>A family in Lake Oswegois in need of a part-time nanny starting ASAP. They will need a nanny every Tuesday and Wednesday starting October 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM. Occasionally they may need the nanny at their house as late as 11:00 PM (this may occur ever other month, or so.)  <BR><BR>Ages of the children are 8 year old boy and 12 year old girl. The young boy really likes swimming and soccer. The daughter is on a very competitive gymnastics team. The children would like to see a nanny that can be active with them, and go outside and play. During the school year the children will need general homework help assistance. It is desired that the nanny help with organizing the weeks study plan, and check off assignments as they go. Someone with past tutoring or educational experience is desired.<BR><BR>The first couple of hours will be devoted to helping around the house (light cleaning, errands, walking the dog, etc.). The kids get out of school around 2:00 PM. They are both in a lot of after school activities. So, applicants must have a clean driving record, with their own means of transportation (gas/mileage is reimbursed immediately).
