<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Responsible for timely and accurate validation, processing and closing of loan files for all mortgage products<BR>* Manage pipeline by reviewing multiple reports ensuring turn times and pull through metrics are met<BR>* Maintain effective communication with the Mortgage Loan Consultants, internal and external business partners to ensure coordination and exchange of information for accomplishing the closing of mortgages.<BR>* Collection and evaluation of all documented information required including appraisal, title reports, credit, income and other DU conditions and Credit Union underwriting requirements<BR>* Prepares all required closing documents and coordinates with outside closing agent to schedule closings<BR>* Ensure all loan information is maintained and updated in the Loan Origination System<BR>* Ensure regulatory requirements are met in processing the approved, canceled and denied loan applications<BR>* Work in conjunction with underwriting to ensure loan compliance<BR>* Work within defined level of authority andor identify appropriate manager to obtain solutionsRequirements:<BR><BR><BR>* 1-2 Years of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor<BR>* Familiarity with Fannie Mae guidelines and products<BR>* Exceptional customer service skills<BR>* Proven ability to efficiently and effectively prioritize work flow and adjust to changing priorities<BR>* Proficient in math and computer skills<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>***This is a temporary postion with a duration of approximately 90-120 days </font></td>
