               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Reference # : 12-00614 Title : Performance Test Engineer<BR>Location : Lake Oswego, OR<BR>Position Type : Contract<BR>Experience Level : 3 Years Start Date / End Date : 07/29/2012 / 01/31/2013 <BR>Description<BR><BR><BR>Title: Performance Test Engineer<BR>Duration: 6 Months<BR>Location: Lake Oswego, OR<BR><BR>==================================<BR><BR>NOTE - This position requires onsite interview<BR><BR>==================================<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>- Establish/refine performance test strategies and requirements, planning and procedures, load & stress testing, create and execute test script, perform on demand testing as needed.<BR>- Assess product&#39;s readiness based on performance test results and product specifications. <BR>- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, development, and support teams to understand and validate configuration settings to ensure optimal product performance and scalability<BR>- Identify production metrics important to performance/load testing efforts; assist with collection methods where feasible<BR>- Provide technical assistance and expertise across teams and product lines.<BR>- Create, Execute and Manage the performance / load testing environment and test tools and test scripts.<BR>- Assist in post-implementation, continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance. Identify product performance issues during new product development and, less frequently, production deployments.<BR>- Make detailed recommendations concerning new products, methods and technologies that will enhance test efficiencies.<BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR>- 5+ years experience with QA methodology<BR>- 3+ years experience with web base application and testing automation<BR>- Knowledge and working experience with commercial/enterprise performance and reliability testing / load generation tools such as Visual Studio Load Testing Suite, Client LoadRunner, JMeter and SoapUI<BR>- 2+years experience in performance-testing QA position<BR>- Experience with system monitor tools such as perfmon, sql profiler, http analyzer, dotTrace and capable of analyzing performance metrics and ability to communicate results/recommendations.<BR>- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science or equivalent<BR>- Experience with OOP and scripting experience with PowerShell, Perl/Python/VBScript may be helpful<BR>- Familiarity with SQL database administration and programming.<BR>- Knowledge of HTTP/S, HTML, XML, SOAP/web services<BR>- Knowledge of HL7 & EDI messaging formats is a plus<BR>- Experience within Agile environment a strong plus<BR>- Local candidates only: candidates must currently reside in/near the Portland metro area                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
