<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">PIPING DESIGN<BR>Candidate must have knowledge of complicated piping design for Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Microelectronics, Petrochemical and Industrial plants. Piping design to include developing orthographic drawings, isometric drawings, layouts of various processes, orientation of process equipment with nozzle locations, reading and understanding process flow diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Mechanical General arrangement drawings, etc. Knowledge of pipe & fittings, valves and piping specialties is a must. Development of isometrics from orthographic drawing is a must. Knowledge of developing Mechanical general arrangement drawings is considered essential. Generate Piping Line list and Tie-in list when required. Provide site and vendor visits as required for gathering of design documentation and/or field measurements for design. Assist engineers and designers in resolving piping design issues. Other various project responsibilities as required. Close coordination with other disciplines is required; including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural and Instruments & Controls. Accomplishes results through teaming with less experienced employees. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity. Must be able to lead a section or group of designers/drafters, usually on a single project in a specialized field. Designs components or portions of systems, and modifies existing designs to develop or improve them. Responsible for preparing design effort estimates, maintaining effort hour tracking for project and subordinate design staff, as well as schedule and scope development and adherence. Uses computer aided design equipment and/or graphic tools; gathers information, makes studies, performs calculations (line sizing for various fluids), perform pump selection and preliminary sizing and prepare original rough layouts and sketches to present design proposal; coordinates design criteria with engineering, tooling, material, and planning group in accordance with contractual specifications.10+ years of experience required, drafting/design and related coursework. BS reduces experience requirement by 1-2 years.1-2 years of field experience in industries mentioned above.Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, PDS, CADWerx, LFM, Plant 3D. Provide samples of work in both 3D and 2D.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Word and Excel essential.Knowledgeable with ASME codes and standards, Building codes and OSHA preferred.Effective communication and organization skills essential </font></td>
