               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">PROCESS ENGINEERING<BR>Junior level engineer: The applicant shall be capable of performing engineering, design and drafting services with minimal supervision. Provides development of Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, and equipment layouts. Develops mechanical design drawings for components such as chutes and guards. Develops equipment specifications, equipment lists, and schedules. Utilizes office standard software to develop mass and energy balances and size equipment. Visit customer plants to obtain field data required for design. Visits to customer plants may require travel out of town. Maintains effective communication with the project team. Must be willing to perform all duties associated with developing engineered packages. 4 to 7 years experience required. BS in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Pulp & Paper Science, or Mechanical preferred). PE registration is desirable. Good communication skills are required. Capable of utilizing Microsoft office suite package products and learning new software tools with minimal assistance. Experience in AutoCAD and 3-dimension modeling programs is a plus.
