Review the requirements and other Project documents. <BR>? Write detailed Test Cases based on requirements. <BR>? Follows directions in the proper execution of the Test Cases. <BR>? Work very closely with the Test Lead towards implementation of the Test Cycles. <BR>? Work closely with other Support Groups towards the successful execution of Test Cases. <BR>? Identify risks and provide recommendations to the Test Lead. <BR>? Proactive to take up additional tasks if needed. <BR>? Build and maintain successful working relationships with the Team members and also other support groups. <BR>? Upfront Identification of all the Testing Pre requisites. <BR>? Follow CDP phases as to the quality management <BR><BR><BR><BR>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS <BR>? Minimum of 6 years experience in Quality Assurance/ Testing procedures. <BR>? Minimum of 3 years testing experience of various technology platforms, which includes Mainframe/COBOL. <BR>? Minimum of 5 years experience in providing Testing estimates. <BR>? Minimum of 5 years experience Writing Test Plans and Detailed Test Cases. <BR>? Minimum of 5 years experience in detailed Test Documentation. <BR>? Minimum of 5 years experience in the Defect management Process. <BR>? Minimum of 5 years experience in Detail analysis of Requirements and creating Traceability Matrix. <BR>? Must be able to coordinate with various other Application Teams and possibly Third Party Vendors. <BR>? Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent related experience. Associates Degree is the minimum requirement. <BR>? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. <BR>? Must have excellent knowledge of quality assurance procedure, testing methodologies and development lifecycle experience. <BR><BR>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS <BR>? Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with all levels of management including external partners such as Vendors, System Integrators <BR>? Experience in the Healthcare industry/ domain <BR>?
