               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">RESIDENT ENGINEER<BR>Responsible for auditing and inspection of work performed by the construction contractors for compliance to the contract specifications and drawings, performance of specific inspections and tests, and audit report preparation. This position will perform inspection duties throughout the state of Oregon. QA/QC experience in the areas of high voltage (230 KV and above) substation and transmission line construction inspections, materials sampling, inspection and testing. materials sampling, inspection and testing a plus. Work requires use of judgment.A minimum of 10 to 15 years of auditing and inspection in addition to previous inspection experience for multiple disciplines. Thorough knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in electrical 230 KV and above substation and transmission line construction electrical work. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Good verbal and written communications skills.
