               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Our client seeks a Highly Skilled Tester for its Medicare Business Engine (MBE) Workflow Integration Testing (WIT) team. The Highly Skilled Tester will be responsible for reviewing the Project Documents and come up with Detailed Test Cases. The Highly Skilled Tester will work extensively with the Test Lead to provide test estimates. This person should adapt to working in a challenging environment.<BR><BR>This individual will report to the MS& CC CM Testing Manager and will take on the following responsibilities: <BR>* Review the requirements and other Project documents. <BR>* Write detailed Test Cases based on requirements. <BR>* Follows directions in the proper execution of the Test Cases. <BR>* Work very closely with the Test Lead towards implementation of the Test Cycles. <BR>* Work closely with other Support Groups towards the successful execution of Test Cases. <BR>* Identify risks and provide recommendations to the Test Lead. <BR>* Proactive to take up additional tasks if needed. <BR>* Build and maintain successful working relationships with the Team members and also other support groups. <BR>* Upfront Identification of all the Testing Pre requisites. <BR>* Follow CDP phases as to the quality management                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
