<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS: * MS in systems engineering or electrical engineering and 2 years experience in electrical engineering * 2 years of experience in development of medical devices including experience in CRM-Business (Cardiac Rhythm Management) * 2 years experience as technical lead in systems / electrical engineering and verification / validation in medical device industry * 2 years experience in development of medical device software for clinical studies * 1 year experience with requirement management tools. * All experience may be gained concurrently. One year of post-baccalaureate course work, graduate research, or work experience qualifies as one year of experience JOB DUTIES: * Interface with all in-house stakeholders / development teams as well as key customers during the specification, development and verification / validation phase of new products and functions * Using excellent communication skills, drive and achieve consensus in discussions with many stakeholders across multiple teams * Using knowledge of physiology / pathophysiology of the human cardiovascular system, define / develop system requirements for miniaturized diagnostic and therapeutic implants within the CRM-business (Cardiac Rhythm Management) * Lead the development of system designs on a feature / function basis * Ensure proper decomposition of functionalities to relevant subsystems and support interface definition * Provide input for verification and validation strategies * Review and assess verification specifications in development projects * Lead change management effort during the development cycle and maintenance period * Follow structured product development lifecycle in the regulated medical device environment.
