Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org  <BR><BR>Position Summary<BR>The Coding Specialist II provides coding support to Home Health and Hospice clinical staff, supervisors and managers by reviewing clinical documentation to confirm or assign, ICD Codes, procedure, and symptom codes to each patient who is admitted to the agency.  This position works under limited supervision and requires independent decision-making skills based on a sound knowledge of coding conventions and Home Health Resource in support of accurate documentation and resultant reimbursement.<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements<BR>Minimum of 3 years recent coding experience required<BR><BR>Education/Licenses/Certifications<BR>Associate/Bachelors Degree preferred<BR>RHIT, CCS or HCD-S Certification required<BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>Home Health Experience preferred<BR>MultiCare is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity at all levels of our organization.
