This position focuses on resolving credit balance issues and working through billing claim transactions. Individuals who will excel at this role will have polished customer service skills and solid experience working with electronic billing systems. You will also review credit balances in our billing system for governmental and non-governmental payers'. <BR><BR>We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset who can identify process improvements and perform root cause analysis. You will work on balance adjustments, refunds, transfers and verify correct revenue was booked.
