               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Pierce County specialty service provider is seeking a hands-on, senior level Industrial Mechanic to work as the Plant Manager.  Experienced production operations professionals with keen technical ability and business management experience are encouraged to apply.  This position is responsible for empowering and leading an established team to meet production, quality, and safety goals.<BR><BR>Ideal applicants will have experience mentoring high performance teams and possess an excellent safety record.  Skilled applicants who are responsive, personable, and willing to help are strongly desired. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*  High School Diploma / GED<BR>*  5 years of leadership experience over a production or industrial process<BR>*  Previous business management experience meeting operations and production goals<BR>*  MUST have previous experience performing industrial maintenance and troubleshooting on the following: instrumentation and  3 phase motor controls, production machinery, hydraulics, compressed air, pneumatics, and electrical<BR>*  Previous experience trouble shooting programmable logic controls (PLCs)<BR>*  Demonstrated experience managing and building an effective team<BR>*  Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>*  Industrial Maintenance degree is a plus<BR>*  Welding experience is a plus<BR>*  Experience using material handling technology<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full time, M-F, day shift, 40 hours per week.  Occasional weekend or overtime work per business need.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>Hourly wage depending on experience, plus performance incentives <BR>Continuing education courses, 401 k, medical, dental, vision, 8 paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and vacation (after 1 year)<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled by employer.  <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>WorkSource is working directly with the employer to recruit for this position.
