This position will be the primary contract between Insulfoam and all material distributors and is responsible for responding to customer and representative requests promptly and accurately. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to form strong relationships with Customers, Representatives, and Insulfoam Territory Sales Managers, as they will be the primary conduit between the customer and sales representatives as well as production and shipping.<BR>Primary Job Responsibilities:<BR>* Handle all customer requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos and RMA&#39;s<BR>* Determine customer requirements and expectations and prepare and present quote to customer meeting those in timely manner customer follow-up on previous take-offs and quotes.<BR>* Monitor backorders, review rescheduling report daily and communicate in a timely manner with customers on backorder situations.<BR>* Review open orders on a regular basis and close out old orders as necessary.<BR>* Maintain a network of appropriate contacts within the various Departments such as Traffic, Purchasing, AP, Production, etc. as well as with external vendors.<BR>Minimum Job Requirements:<BR>Associates degree required, Bachelors degree highly preferred. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail. In addition, applicants should have basic negotiating, multitasking, problem solving, math as well as computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with an ERP system, SAP highly preferred.
