<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Provides behavioral health services to patients in a medical clinic setting, utilizing the IMPACT model, behavioral activation and problem solving therapy, for the purposes of promoting the health and wellness goals of the patients. Provides some brief psychotherapy and case management and coordinate frequently with teammates and medical clinic staff toward the goal of the improved patient health outcomes. <BR><BR>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health and experience working with individuals with a broad range of psychiatric disorders. Ability to work in a fast paced medical environment. Requires WA State driver’s license, private auto insurance, and dependable transportation, WA State Counselor Registration.
