 <td align="left">We are looking for superstar candidates to support Team Lighthouse in the many different Revenue Management roles we have. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of attention-to-detail and an ability to handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames. We need a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through. This individual must possess strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of data to analyze and identify opportunities. Are you the one?! Please see below for the different supporting roles within Team Lighthouse: Contract Management Specialist position: * Administer contract information, changes and corrections into the Contract Database * Proactively review and update departmental databases to ensure accuracy * Coordinate with multiple different departments and teammates, as needed, to resolve contract issues Plan Management Specialist position: * Research, document and respond to requests from Revenue Operations for new plans, plan changes and payor access questions. * Proactively review and update departmental databases to ensure accuracy * Maintain current payor intelligence and mappings between payors and contracts Revenue Profiling Specialist position: * Perform analysis on all facility, plan and payor changes to identify appropriate updates to billing system * Proactively review and update departmental databases to ensure accuracy * Collaborate with Revenue Management Specialists to resolve discrepancies between PCON, PEAR and FOCUS Plumber/Contract Specialist position: * Proactively review and update departmental databases to ensure accuracy * Coordinate with multiple different departments and teammates, as needed, to resolve contract issues * Review contracts and perform root cause analysis by identifying trends and issues for resolution Revenue Analyst position: * Analyze and determine reason for monthly revenue variances and document impact for leadership * Evaluate and report key performance metrics to department management * Provide recommendations to improve system policies, procedures and performance ***This posting is for currentandfuture openings*** Here is what you can expect when you join our Village: * A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter. * Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average. * Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential. * Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions. * A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future. * Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.
