The primary role of the transport driver is to deliver product from a plant to various locations, (plant to plant, plant to depot, plant to outlet and/or plant to customer), moving racks or dollies of finished products and material handling equipment, loading and unloading trailers.<BR>** Working Schedule - This position will work any day of the week and all shifts, too include layovers. This will also include holidays and nights **<BR><BR>PRINCIPAL ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR><BR>* Delivers finished goods to plants, meets, depots, stores and/or shipping customers based on established routes<BR>* Daily inspection of equipment in compliance with DOT regulations<BR>* Maintains driver log in accordance with DOT regulations<BR>* Completes Driver Trip Report and turns in daily<BR>* Understands and practices safe driving standards<BR>* Utilizes various machines/tools including: loading ramps, hydraulic lifts, tire chains, load bars, load plate, fuel pump and map book; Operates all equipment in a safe and responsible manner<BR><BR>Job Requirements<BR>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<BR><BR>* Documentation of a high school diploma or completed GED<BR>* Minimum of 2 years prior truck driving experience OR 1 year prior truck driving experience along with a driving school cer<BR><BR>* Knowledge of and ability to operate a heavy truck<BR>* 21 years of age<BR>* Valid Class A CDL<BR>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR><BR>* Bakery industry knowledge a plus<BR><BR>* Doubles certificate highly desited<BR><BR><BR>Job Title<BR>Transport Driver<BR><BR>Travel<BR>0 - 10% </font></td>
