This role interfaces with agents primarily and requires exceptional listening and communication skills.  It's a great place to launch your career at Liberty Mutual!<BR> <BR>Responsibilities:<BR> * Answer inbound customer calls offering solutions to agent and customer questions and taking the opportunity to educate agents and customers on products and services.<BR> * Present new products and services to Safeco's agents and customers<BR> * Research policy, coverage and eligibility provisions related to unique circumstances<BR> * Perform all responsibilities to achieve individual goals on quality, time and client satisfaction results<BR><BR>Position is located in Liberty Lake, WA<BR>REQUIRED SKILLS:<BR>Qualified candidates will possess:<BR> * Associate's degree or 6 months relevant work experience. <BR> * Previous customer service experience is preferred. <BR> * Strong customer service skills and focus<BR> * Ability to influence agents as needed<BR> * High level of experience and proficiency in a windows based environment<BR> * Ability to learn and apply new information quickly<BR> * Superior communication skills and the ability to teach others<BR> * Concise and accurate documentation practices <BR> * Must be able to type at 25 words per minute in accuracy and speed<BR><BR>Note: Applying to this position includes completing an online assessment.<BR> <BR>This position requires availability to work a flexible schedule, running anytime between 8:00 AM-12:15 AM PST, 7 days a week.
