               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>Advance your career at Liberty Mutual Insurance - A Fortune 100 Company!<BR><BR>Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a claims team with a responsible company that has consistently outpaced the industry in year over year growth?  Liberty Mutual Insurance has an excellent claims management opportunity available.<BR><BR>In this management position, you will assume full responsibility for managing all activities and teams of specialized claims staff for a large region with a significant span of control.  Responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing Liberty Mutual Insurance's  claims handling strategy, with the objective of delivering a highly competitive claims product in terms of quality of customer service.   Responsibilities:<BR> * Implement, communicate, and manage policies and procedures that will enable the regional claims organization to deliver successfully on the claims handling strategy. <BR> * Oversee and manage the entire claims handling process working independently and through special projects to direct the region's activities in this area. <BR> * Provide guidance, leadership, and/or analytical support for special projects. <BR> * Works with the organization to collect data, map critical processes, and evaluate branch initiatives. <BR> * Summarizes results, identifies opportunities for efficiencies and improvements in order to make recommendations and communicate key messages to regional team and senior management.<BR><BR>REQUIRED SKILLS:<BR> * Ability to manage and direct a claims operation and to communicate operational procedures to staff effectively.   <BR> * Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of relevant and progressively more responsible claims work experience as well as proven ability as a manager required.<BR> * People management skills including interviewing skills, training, performance management and communication skills. <BR> * Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization and clearly and concisely express opinions, conclusions, and recommendations.<BR> * MBA and/or advanced insurance related designations / CPCU or SCLA preferred.<BR><BR> Benefits:<BR>We recognize that talented people are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits packages and outstanding advancement opportunities.
