We perform a number of services for this client and assist their customers with submitting applications for new credit card accounts, processing balance transfers, helping with small business needs, and addressing account servicing questions. We resolve any cardholder concerns and enhance the relationship between our client and their customers by ensuring customer satisfaction is always a top priority. We are currently looking for dynamic individuals who provide a world-class customer service experience and who have excellent problem-solving skills.<BR><BR>Base pay for this position is $9.50 per hour PLUS all agents would be eligible for performance incentives following training.<BR>Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday between 5am – 10pm with varying shifts in each market. <BR><BR>Please make sure you list your true availability (not your preferred schedule) on your application so we can determine if considering you would allow us to meet our current scheduling needs.<BR> <BR>NOTE: Typically - training occurs on 2 shifts only (7am–2:15pm and 2:45–10pm.)
