We offer a highly competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance and an employee stock purchase plan.<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>This position will be responsible for the management and direction of an individual pharmacy operation; determine staffing levels and handle recruitment and employee relations; plan, coordinate and direct all areas of the operation within corporate and regulatory guidelines; ensure quality and service standards are maintained along with client-specific contractual requirements; and maintain pharmacy security and prescriptions records. Other responsibilities will include annual strategic planning for site pharmacy operation; setting and managing budget to meet corporate objectives; and reporting accurate site production figures and costs to management.<BR><BR>Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS<BR>The qualifications of this role includes the following:<BR>At least seven years of management experience managing at least 150 people with a Lean manufacturing background and a Bachelor''s degree in related field. At least two years in health care or PBM industry preferred. Previous supervisory experience, preferably in pharmacy operations setting. Experience with strategic work planning and budgeting very helpful. Demonstrated ability to manage toward budget and work plan goals. Must have proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service. Excellent communication skills, including presentations and negotiations. PC skills including Microsoft office, email and internet. Willingness to travel limited amounts.
