As a result, our business growth is impressive and consistent.  Best of all, our team members share in the success that results from that growth.<BR><BR>Systems Engineer<BR>Position Summary:<BR>Analyzes, researches, designs, and tests component parts, processes, or systems to develop new and/or improve core products. Designs products or systems of diverse/difficult scope and complexity using engineering principles based on assigned engineering domain. Develops and recommends solutions to a variety of complex engineering requirements to ensure that design objectives are met. Projects at this level are assigned to develop in-depth knowledge and skills and to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>1. Evaluate customer specifications and develop system level, 2-phase, thermal management solutions.<BR>2. Develop fluid system architecture and specifications for thermal management solutions.<BR>3. Ensure system specification compliance through oversight of analysis, testing and validation.<BR>4. Identify technology needs, perform technology gap analysis and implement plans to ensure successful system development.<BR>5. Provide oversight and direction to system modeling and analysis tasks required for successful system development.<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>1. Bachelors degree (BS) (or Professional Engineer (PE) certificate) in engineering or a science technical discipline. Masters degree (MS preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job acquired through 7-9 years of related experience.<BR>2. Large scale fluid system architecture, design and controls experience required - aircraft level fluid systems and FAA certification experience highly desired.<BR>3. Proven System Engineering expertise - requirements analysis, requirements allocation, sub-system & component specification, testing and validation.<BR>4.
