It's a great place to gain new credentials, explore the insurance industry in a very meaningful way and launch your career at Liberty Mutual! <BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Answer inbound customer calls providing timely and accurate guidance and service to policy holders and agents<BR>* Close auto and homeowners sales from leads generated from mail campaigns and Account Executives endorsements<BR>* Put your consultative skills to work by identifying and analyzing customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business<BR>* Counsel prospects and policyholders on coverage's, limits, and regulations. Develop quotes based upon acquired risk information<BR>* Uses sales and selling techniques such as securing critical risk information, identifying and overcoming objections, solving prospect or policyholder problems, generating interest asking for the sale and conducting follow-up to convert leads to sales<BR>* Responsible for all other aspects of selling, i.e., outbound calls, follow ups<BR>Position is located in Liberty Lake, WA<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>Qualified candidates will possess an Associate's degree or 6-12 months relevant work experience. Previous customer service experience in a call center is strongly preferred to demonstrate prior track record in qualifying and meeting customer needs. <BR><BR>The selected candidate must be able to work anyshift, running anytime between 6:00 am to 1:15 am, 7 days a week. Shifts will include weekend and holiday coverage.<BR><BR>You must be able to commit to12-week training schedule.
