<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialist<BR>Location: Washington-Liberty Lake<BR>Job Number:_19357<BR>Providence is calling an InsuranceAccounts Receivable Specialistto Providence Health & Services in Liberty Lake, WA.<BR><BR>* <BR>We are seeking an individual who contributes to the achievement of financial targets, performance standards, and service delivery by collecting receivables from commercial insurance companies.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Treat payors and patients with respect as well as protect their privacy<BR>* Write and submit accurate appeals, including all necessary supporting documentation<BR>* Work with providers to obtain referrals for necessary accounts<BR>* Coordinate write-offs with appropriate leadership team members<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* High School diploma or equivalent <BR>* <BR>One to two years medical billing experience<BR>* <BR>Accurate typing/keyboarding skills<BR>* Proven PC Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Certified Patient Account Technician (CPAT)<BR>* Knowledge of medical billing and payor technology and applications<BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
