Liberty Mutual has an excellent claims opportunity available.<BR> <BR>As an Inside Property Claims Specialist for Safeco, you will manage, investigate and resolve Large Loss Homeowner claims. You will provide policyholders with quality customer service on high profile/high exposure claims. Claims are frequently non-livable dwelling assignments.<BR> * Investigates, determines coverage of loss and adjusts all elements of Property Loss claims of high severity.<BR> * Works with a Field Appraiser or Liberty network contractor in the appraisal process of severe complexity claims.<BR> * Provides quality customer service. Explains coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements.<BR> * Works with and may coordinate a number of vendor services such as contractors, emergency repair, cleaning services and various replacement services.<BR> * Identifies and fully investigates suspicious losses. Recommends referral to SIU where appropriate and may assist the SIU in their investigation and settling of the claim.<BR><BR>REQUIRED SKILLS:<BR>Qualifications:<BR> * Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of proficient and directly related experience handling Personal Lines Homeowner Claims.<BR> * Property claims handling experience is required.<BR> * Requires advanced knowledge of Property claims handling procedures and a full working knowledge of claims operations and procedures.<BR> * Strong written and communication skills are required along with strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.<BR> * Requires strong computer skills with the ability to work with multi-faceted systems.<BR> * Ability to effectively and independently manage workload while exhibiting good judgment.<BR> * Licensing as required<BR><BR>Benefits:<BR> * Career advancement through our promote from within philosophy<BR> * Outstanding benefits including 401K (company match) and company paid pension plan</font></td>
