We are looking for an exceptional leader who is motivated by the prospect of assisting in leading others in the growth of the Loan Service department.  Primary responsibilities of this position include management of the day to day operations of the loan service department with a strong emphasis on real estate loss mitigation, including an emphasis on building workout loan proposals. <BR><BR>Our ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate their experience in consumer lending delinquency and recovery, strong understanding and knowledge of real estate lending (underwriting experience preferred) as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure potential workout loans.
