               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Summary: <BR>Responsible for maintaining the property common grounds in a clean and attractive condition. <BR><BR>Position Responsibilities: <BR>• Conducts daily inspections of all common areas within the assigned area of the property and building exteriors including issuing citations<BR>• Removes trash, visible debris and pet waste <BR>• Cleans breezeways, mailbox areas, corridors, stairways, amenity areas, curbs, gutters and sidewalks<BR>• Minor sprinkler repair and system clock management<BR>• Pressure wash buildings<BR>• Oversee contractors to ensure work it performed to standard including ground maintenance and snow removal <BR>• Assists with ground maintenance and snow removal as needed<BR>• Removes dead shrubs and plants <BR>• May clean pool, Jacuzzi, pool furniture and deck area<BR>• Replaces light bulbs and globes in outside lighting fixtures<BR>• Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies<BR>• May assist with emergency maintenance<BR>• Assists the maintenance staff as needs arise<BR>• Reports any problems observed on the property to the supervisor<BR>• Performs other duties as assigned</font></td>
