Be a part ofInsight!<BR><BR>Insight will be adding a Sales Solutions Representative to our Liberty Lake, WA branch office. The position will provide superior customer service to an Insight Fortune 100 client and and support an Insight Field Account Executive. The role will manage all aspects of the client relationship to ensure satisfaction and growth. The Sales Solutions Rep will be challenged with building upon account information to leverage sales, generate additional sales and improve upon the business relationship.<BR><BR>Please note: Previous customer service experience in a professional setting is required for this role. Software Licensing & IT Sales Support experience is a plus but not required.<BR><BR><BR>BASIC FUNCTION OF JOB<BR>The Sales Solutions Specialistresentative is responsible for providing customer service and managing the sales processes of their assigned Account Executive or team of Account Executives (AE). This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, ordering and account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, Specialistort generation, order fulfillment, Specialistorting, and collections. Pre-sales support functions include: pre-qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration and product information. <BR><BR><BR>WORK PERFORMED<BR>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<BR><BR>* 30% Client phone calls/communication<BR>* 50% Quotes/research/order entry<BR>* 20% Back office (collections, RMA/Client service problem resolution, order tracking/orderflow, web-eadmin, special costing, new material request forms)<BR><BR>Essential Functions of the Job:<BR>* Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements.<BR>* Work on special projects for clients and sales force as needed.<BR>* Attend Company, vendor, and publisher trainings and webinars, as directed.<BR>* Build relationships with other Insight departments and increase efficiencies where applicable.<BR>* Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails.<BR>* PSpecialistare, manage and submit sales quotes accurately into the appropriate quote entry system.<BR>* Research technical information on product requests and ensure access to procurement.<BR>* Responsible for correct and accurate order processing.<BR>* Ensure all client purchase orders/credit card orders are entered, configured.<BR>* Ensure special bid pricing is applied and correct cost is captured on every order before order is released.<BR>* Ensure contract compliance.<BR>* Provide Specialistorting for clients.<BR>* Request and/or set up new client sold-to’s, bill-to’s, and ship-to’s </font></td>
