 <td align="left">JOB DESCRIPTION * Provide preventative maintenance, repairs buildings, and building equipment by referring to the drawings and technical reference documents * Removes, replaces, repairs and installs water piping, water valves equipment and bathroom fixtures * Removes, replaces, repairs and installs mechanical equipment like motors, fans, belts, sheaves, and compressors * Visually inspects and tests building systems and equipment * Operate fire warning system by entering codes and sequencing commands to manage operating fire warning system panel * Listens for unusual sounds from building equipment to detect malfunction and discusses equipment operation variations with CEO or others knowledgeable to diagnose problem or repair equipment * Installs and repairs electrical circuits and equipment, such as light switches, power receptacles, motor and other electronic components of building systems and equipment * Fabricate with steel, metal bar and tube by using gas welding and cutting tools * Set up gigs and operates machine tools such as grinder, drill, and saws to repair or fabricate parts, such as counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures * Remove, replace, repair and install ceiling tile, floor tile, carpet, window coverings, wall coverings, fans, door hardware, windows, door cabinets and other building components * Provide preventative maintenance to HVAC equipment and kitchen equipment * Assist specialists who have been hired by the casino by providing information, access to building or building equipment and provide other assistance outlines on the work order * Directs work of helpers * Work with water soluble and oil base lubricants, cleaning agents, refrigerants, compressed air, ladders scaffolds, high lifts, forklift and small carts for transportation * Clean debris from equipment, rooftops, floors and work areas * Perform the work in more than one trade, i.e.; electrical, plumbing, framing, welding, painting, carpet laying, carpentry, and refrigeration * Must follow all Corporate and departmental safety policies and procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High School diploma or equivalency * Minimum 8 years of commercial construction and knowledge in more than one trade * Ability to work various power and hand tools * Superior carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills * Must have leadership qualities * Valid Drivers License to perform job functions * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: * Full time SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: * Wage will depend on experience and qualifications CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE: * Open until filled or at the direction of the employer HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL: * In person process: Contact your nearest WorkSource Office with WA job number. * Employment Specialists are available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at WorkSource Cowlitz/Wahkiakum. * Online process: Email the required application materials to bsucowlitz@esd.wa.gov.
