               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Exciting opportunity with well respected local company – role is focused on marketing support, expanding the company’s social media presence and perform inside sales.  Take advantage of this excellent opportunity and apply today!  $16-$18 per hour to start. <BR><BR><BR>***JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES***<BR><BR>**MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA FUNCTIONS**<BR><li>Drive and develop the company’s social media presence using innovation tools and resources<BR><li>Design, prepare and produce marketing materials according to company standards<BR><li>Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design art work for brochures, online marketing and sales presentations.<BR><li>Prepare sales presentations and create brochures<BR><li>Provide primary graphics support for internal and external meetings, presentations and other needs as determined by manager<BR><BR>**INSIDE SALES FUNCTIONS**<BR><li>Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face <BR><li>Assist in organizing sales presentations at customer’s facility and trade events.<BR><li>Arrange travel for staff members.<BR><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries<BR><li>Handle and resolve customer concerns; obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and concerns<BR><li>Process orders, forms, applications and requests<BR><li>Direct requests and unresolved concerns to the designated resource<BR><li>Manage customers' accounts - producing customer quotes, purchase orders and invoices <BR><li>Keep records of customer interactions and transactions<BR><li>Record details of inquiries, comments and concerns as well as actions taken<BR><li>Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments<BR><li>Support the sales organization<BR><li>Must be flexible with hours as travel will be required for trade show events<BR><BR>EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:<BR><li>Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years exposure in customer service or marketing/social media/public relations within the manufacturing industry.<BR><li>Experience with online marketing and e-commerence<BR><li>High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent required <BR><li>Knowledge of customer service principles and practices <BR><li>Must have demonstrated experience working with purchase agents all the way up to executive leadership levels within customer organizations<BR><li>Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required <BR><li>CRIMINAL BACKGROUND REQUIRED - no drug charges or felonies in past 7 years.<BR><li>This is a non-smoking campus<BR><BR>**TO APPLY**<BR>In order to be considered for this position please email your resume to <b><u>jobs.longviewwa@expresspros.com</b></u>, AND complete our online application at <u><b>longviewwa.expresspros.com</u></b>. <BR><BR>Job ID# K806</font></td>
